Daniel Ziskin practices law in the areas of plaintiff personal injury, adoptions and surrogacy.
He is a sustaining member of both the American Association for Justice and Arizona Attorneys for Justice (AzAJ/AzTLA). He is a member of the AzAJ Board of Directors and past president of the Phoenix Trial Lawyers Board. He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, a fellow of the Arizona Bar Foundation and a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
Dan has been practicing plaintiff’s personal injury law since 1981 in Arizona. Dan has also practiced adoption and surrogacy law nationally, and within Arizona, since 1982. He has participated in more than 2000 adoptions as attorney for adoptive persons, adoptive couples, or birth parents. He has practiced surrogacy law for the last two decades. He helped found the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and the American Academy of Reproductive Technology Attorneys.
Dan is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubble and has been admitted to practice law in Arizona since 1975. He is also admitted to practice in the District Court of Arizona, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
