Andrew M. Ellis is an attorney in Phoenix. His law practice is focused on the representation of creditors in bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, collections and judgment enforcement matters. For more than 20 years, he has represented thousands of businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals in Bankruptcy Court cases, U.S. District Court cases, Superior Court cases, Justice Court cases and transactional negotiations in Arizona.

Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate of jurisprudence degree from the University of Arizona. Before attending law school, Andrew was a medical service corps officer in the United States Army, reaching the rank of Captain. He served our country at Fort Sam Houston, Texas; Dhahran, Saudi Arabia (for Operation Desert Storm); and Fort Huachuca, Arizona.
