Dunne Law PLLC is a law firm located in the Biltmore area of Phoenix, Arizona specializing in the areas of personal injury, professional liability, and business disputes.

Founded by Victoria M. Dunne, the firm was created with the philosophy of providing a fresh and modern approach to legal advice, combined with insight developed from years of experience with insurance defense litigation, plaintiff’s personal injury, and helping patients in a prior career as a registered nurse in the operating room.

Victoria has served as a civil litigator in numerous diverse matters, including wrongful death, products liability, aviation, professional liability, civil rights law, commercial litigation, and breach of contract. This work has given her the ability to participate in various trial preparation activities, handle discovery disputes, and analyze complex corporate records. In addition, Victoria is adept at preparing numerous legal documents, including critical motions, pleadings, and discovery.

Armed with medical knowledge and legal know-how, Victoria is an effective and aggressive advocate for her clients.
